Today was okay. This morning I was dragging.... and during the rest of the day I had bursts of energy and then low points. It's very possible that I'm not drinking "enough" juice, but I am trying!! It's hard to work while constantly drinking juice.
The GREAT news is that I'm finishing day 5! Rebekka and I made celebratory pretend mojitos:
(we made mint, lime and pineapple juice).
We're VERY proud of ourselves so far.... and we're both learning so much. This is definitely a difficult journey for me, but when I'm done, I will know I can pretty much do ANYTHING if I can juice fast for 10 days!
Holy crap, you are my hero! Do you think I could be successful with this in the summer (off work)? Or would you suggest being super busy? Katie B.
ReplyDeleteIt just depends really... it helps me to be busy, but its more convenient to juice when you're home to make it! Actually it's probably better if you're not working because sometimes you might feel a little spacey.
